SIGNATURE OATMEAL CREAM PIES

Soft, chewy oatmeal cookies with warm brown sugar, cinnamon, and golden syrup (I used Lyle’s but you may find another golden syrup brand), sandwiched with a scratch-made vanilla marshmallow cream. The oats are intentionally processed to create a smoother oatmeal cookie with less resistance in the bite, while still maintaining recognizable oat texture.
