This is the perfect cookie for bold bakery cases, farmers market menus, or cookie boxes looking for something with serious personality and nostalgic appeal. It’s indulgent, chewy, and completely customizable, just like a good Monster Cookie should be.
Please do not purchase expecting a soft, dainty cookie. These are thick (not too chunky), rustic, and made to impress. If you have collected previous cookie recipes of mine, I’d say this is between my chunky cookies and mall cookies, as if they were made into a hybrid. But this involves a non traditional unique mixing process for dense cookies, but makes for a faster dough preparation.
