Carter's Vault Access

$85.00

Private Video Library & Bakery Strategy Lab.

If the Vault isn’t right for you, that is completely okay. If you’re primarily looking for recipes and technical baking guides and information, the content already available on the site, including the collection or free resources will likely continue to meet your needs. The Vault simply exists now for those who want to go to a different level. More below.

As the Bakeshop has grown, I’ve had the opportunity to connect with so many small business owners through emails, DMs, contact forms, etc. Many of those conversations have been so meaningful, and I’ve genuinely enjoyed helping people think through thinks like R&D, systems, menus, customer relations, bakery strategies, etc. However, as it’s grown, the number of requests for business advice and consulting style conversations has increased significantly.

At any given time, I have dozens of people reaching out each week asking for guidance about their business, menu, recipes, products, etc. While I care deeply about helping people learn, it has reached a point where it is no longer sustainable for me to provide that level of support for free. I’ve had to make an important change in how I approach these conversations. The Vault is now the primary space where I will be sharing that side of my work. Instead of answering the same types of question privately, this allows me to explore those topics openly through videos, discussions, and case studies, that everyone in the space can learn from.

If you reach out for detailed business advice, recipe development guidance, or bakery strategy conversations, I may direct you to the Vault (assuming it has the capacity) as the best place for this to happen. If you contact me about a purchase you made, a recipe question related to something I’ve shared, or a technical issue with downloads or the site, I will always help with those situations, of course.

Thank you for understanding and for supporting the work that allows me to keep sharing what I have learned with the community.

Members of the Bakeshop Collection may use their member perk discount code when purchasing the Vault access. If you are a current subscriber, and do not know your discount code, please submit a contact form on the homepage, that includes the name used for your subsrciption and just let me know you’re in need of that discount code for 20% off Market items.

Is this replacing the Bakeshop Collection?

No. The Vault is completely separate from the collection. The collection focuses on “guides”, premium recipes, and technical baking resources. The Vault focuses on something different. Thinking, strategy, and analysis behind baking businesses, my recipe development, and product systems.

Why not just post the content for free?

Alof of topics inside the Vault are things that I normally discuss privately with clients, business owners, and bakers I have worked with behind the scenes. Over the past years, I’ve received a growing number of requests from people asking if they could hire me to lean how I develop recipes, understand how I analyze a bakery business, get advice on menu design and product systems., or discuss strategies for cottage bakeries and small businesses. Those kinds of conversations are consulting or advisory work.

The Vault is my way of making that type of knowledge more accessible and affordable while still respecting the fact that this is part of my professional work. Instead of paying hundreds of dollars for consulting, the Vault allows people to access many of those insights in a shared learning environment.

Why is the Vault priced this way?

Most market items are single recipes or files. This is access to a growing library of video discussions without worrying about a membership or recurring subscription. I am committing to uploading a MINIMUM of 50 hours of content over the next six months (until September 30, 2026) beginning March 17, 2026.

That means by that time you will have received dozens of discussions, case studies, breakdowns, exploring baking systems with me, and product development and strategies. At the current launch price, that works out to less than the cost of a day of consulting. My goal was to make this space accessible and affordable, not a $300-$500 course or class.

Members will have opportunities to submit questions about challenges in their baking skill development, business, etc. I may occasional address those in video as they are relevant to the community. This allows everyone to to learn from the discussion keeping it sustainable.

ABOUT THIS IN DEPTH

The Vault is a private growing library where I personally share deeper insights about recipe development, engineering formulas, baker business strategies, etc. The Vault will grow over time. You can join late if you want to wait for more content (if spots are available).

Early supporters lock in the launch price, even if it grows later. No membership required, no add on fee or uncharge when the price increases. You will see a couple introduction posts to view. Posts start launching March 17, 2026 and the library will CONTINUE to grow regularly.

The launch price is what’s available now, and anyone who joins in this period will keep their access without additional charges if the Vault grows and increases in cost in the future. My goal is not to grow the largest audience possible or become an influencer with thousands of subscribers. I want to create a space where I can share these deeper insights in a way that is sustainable and meaningful.

Unlike the recipes and guides found on the website or inside the Bakeshop collection, the Vault focuses on the thinking and systems behind successful baking businesses, and R&D.

This includes discussions, case studies, walkthroughs, etc. that explore how bakeries can develop products, build menus, and design systems that sell and are more successful.

You can think of the Vault as a window into the way I analyze baking, recipe development, and bakery business.

The Vault content focuses on topics such as baker skill levels, mindsets, bakery product systems, menu design, real bakery case studies, business analyses, recipe engineering walkthroughs, product positioning, and signature product strategies, common challenges face by small business, bakeries, cafes, cottage bakeries.

Some video content will feel like structured discussions, others may be more conversational or vlog style as I analyze real bakeries and explore product ideas. Remember that I am human, you will see me in a more humanizing way here, my personality, how I speak, behave personally, etc. Please do not expect a heavily scripted, robotic, non realistic person or behavior from me inside the Vault.

Every video will include a downloadable summary file for those who prefer written breakdowns alongside or over the casual discussion.

Part of the vault functions like an R&D lab. You’ll occasionally see behind the scenes walkthroughs where I explain how recipes are developed, how ingredients are chosen, and how formulas evolve during testing.

In some cases, we may even build formulas and ideas together or explore how certain bakery products are engineered from the ground up.

The goal is to help you understand how recipes and product systems are developed.

Another part focuses on analyzing real bakeries and cafes. I explore things like bakery menus and product selection, pricing and product positioning, customer experience, and production complexity and product systems.

This is mainly designed for bakers who already have some baking experience and want to think about baking on a deeper level, and are looking to be successful in terms of selling baked goods or developing formulas, etc.

It will be especially helpful for cottage bakers, small bakery owners, people interested in learning how Carter develops recipes from the ground up, bakers wanting to understand product systems, and menu strategies, etc. Anyone curious about the intersection of baking AND business. Alot of topics that get overlooked, or aren’t commonly discussed in recipe or baking conversations.

The Vault is NOT a baking course or certification program. It is NOT a step by step beginner baking class, and it does NOT replace culinary school or formal pastry education. This spaces is also not a personalized consulting service. While many videos will address common challenges, or questions from members directly, going the Vault does not include unlimited or on call one on one consulting.

This is not bookkeeping guidance, admin setup for your business, legal or licensing advice, custom business plans, or personalized recipe development. When I open up for questions, I will address those and answer them for you in vault discussions :)

All in all, It functions as a collection of discussions, insights, case studies baked on all of my experience studying baking systems and working with bakers and businesses over time.

This Vault is prices differently as we touched on. You can think of it as gaining access to to the analytical side of my work, and getting all the secrets on how I do what I do. It’s like sitting in on what I speak to clients about in consulting, R&D, business advisory, customer experience, etc.

Your purchase includes access the secret Vault page, regular uploads of video discussions and case studies, and downloadable summary files for each topic. It incudes locking in the launch price, so you never pay additional fees if price increases. You will get a thank you code for your support and a secret discount code for $15 to spend in the Market for other items.

After purchase, you will receive a download containing the Vault information and password. You will get the Thank You code. Please do not share the Vault access or discount code, or distribute Vault content outside of the private space.

For the first release of the Vault, access IS limited. It is not an uncapped amount of access. This allows me to test the format, interact more directly with members to help you get the most of it, and build the Vault library in a manageable way. Additional access may open in the future

The page is password protected and unlock digital products. Aside from duplicate purchases, there are no refunds. It is important you have read the entirety of the description to understand what you’re purchasing.
