MATCHA MINT REVIVE Blend
Meet the Matcha Mint Revive! One of my refreshing favorites from the Superfood Specialty Blends Bundle. This is not your average green smoothie; it’s a functional blend designed for energy, focus, calm alertness, and digestion.
With a base of frozen banana and oat milk, this smoothie gets its vibrant green color and earthy flavor from culinary matcha powder (Jade Leaf brand is my go-to here), and its cooling finish from fresh mint leaves. Vanilla rounds it out, making this blend creamy, light, and refreshing — perfect if you want something energizing but not heavy.
Think of it like a green tea latte meets smoothie café drink. It’s smooth, creamy, and uplifting, with no refined sugar or fillers. Just whole ingredients with a purpose.
And just like every recipe in my eBook, this is written as a base formula — you can enjoy it as is, or customize with your own add-ins.
