Dragonfruit Citrus Glow

Dragon fruit + mango bring vitamin C and antioxidants; banana adds potassium and body; mint + lime brighten and help the whole thing taste extra fresh. Almond milk keeps it creamy but light. (Protein/collagen are optional add-ins if you want satiety.)

Yield: ~12-14 oz (≈475 ml) • Time: 3–4 min

Recipe

  • 100 g frozen dragon fruit (I use Sprouts Brand) (¾ cup)

  • 80 g frozen mango (I use Wyman’s) (½ cup)

  • 80 g frozen banana (I use Sprout’s Brand) (½ cup)

  • 240 g almond milk (1 cup)

  • 5–7 fresh mint leaves (≈1–2 g)

  • 5 g fresh lime juice (1 tsp, optional)

  • Sweeten one way:

    • Honey 7–10 g (1½–2 tsp), or

    • Allulose 3–6 g (1–2 tsp, start low and adjust)

  • Pinch fine sea salt =

Toss everything in the blender; blend 45–60 sec until silky.
Too thin? Add 40–60 g (⅓–½ cup) ice and quick-pulse. Want creamier? Replace 80 g (⅓ cup) almond milk with carton coconut milk.

Optional Café Upgrades

  • Protein 20–25 g (I use 1 scoop Truvani vanilla with no sweetener or unflavored)

  • Collagen 10 g (1 scoop)

  • Chia 6 g (2 tsp) for fiber (then +30 g liquid if it gels)
