Collection vs. Market

• Bakeshop Collection: Ongoing membership with exclusive and early access to content that’s developed for members.

• Market: One-time à la carte purchases, not tied to membership. This is where my recipe development for clients, bakeries, coffee shops, my own baking business go. These are recipes that cannot be included in the membership. You can also find select Bakeshop collection recipes in it’s category to purchase without becoming a member!

Important Measurement Note

All recipe development at Carter’s Bakeshop is created, tested, and finalized exclusively in metric measurements. Metric weights are the only reliable and accurate values to follow.

If a recipe file includes volume measurements (cups, tablespoons, etc.), they are provided purely as a courtesy conversion using online tools. However, conversion tools can make mistakes, and because of the natural inconsistencies of volume baking, minor discrepancies or errors may occur.

If you ever notice a conflict between metric and volume measurements, always trust the metric version. You’re also welcome to double-check conversions using a reliable online calculator for reassurance.

Please note: I do not develop, test, or bake using volume measurements. All recipe accuracy is based on metric testing only.
