The Bakeshop Collection is now the primary home for recipes.
Please note that not every recipe inside the Collection will be available for individual purchase. One of the benefits of membership is access to the complete and growing recipe library, while the Market offers a curated rotating selection of recipes available à la carte.
Inventory rotates regularly and may not return. If something isn't listed, it isn't available right now.
All digital sales are final and purchases are not credited toward memberships if a recipe is later added to the Collection.

How Availability Works
Rotating Inventory: The Market operates on a rotating inventory system. Listings may be archived, revived, added, or removed at any time.
Collection vs. Market: The Bakeshop Collection is the primary recipe library. The Market offers a rotating selection of recipes available for individual purchase.
Not Everything Is Available: Not every recipe inside the Bakeshop Collection will be available à la carte at all times,es. Membership remains the only way to access the complete growing recipe library.
If It's Not Listed, It's Not Available: Archived recipes may return in the future, but availability is never guaranteed.

Collection vs. Market
Bakeshop Collection: The primary home for recipes. Members receive access to the growing recipe library, including legacy proprietary releases, member-exclusive recipes, and new additions added throughout the year.
Market: The à la carte storefront. Purchase select recipes individually, access specialty products such as gluten-free releases, or purchase services, audits, classes, educational products, and Vault access when available.
Think of it this way:
Bakeshop Collection = Primary Recipe Library
Market = Bookstore/Service
Not every recipe in the library will be available for individual purchase.
Important Measurement Note
All recipe development at Carter’s Bakeshop is created, tested, and finalized exclusively in metric measurements. Metric weights are the only reliable and accurate values to follow.
If a recipe file includes volume measurements (cups, tablespoons, etc.), they are provided purely as a courtesy conversion using online tools. However, conversion tools can make mistakes, and because of the natural inconsistencies of volume baking, minor discrepancies or errors may occur.
If you ever notice a conflict between metric and volume measurements, always trust the metric version. You’re also welcome to double-check conversions using a reliable online calculator for reassurance.
Please note: I do not develop, test, or bake using volume measurements. All recipe accuracy is based on metric testing only.
