How availability works

Rotating inventory: Listings come and go. Some recipes will be offered for a limited time, may be archived, or may return later.
If it’s not listed, it isn’t available: Please assume the item is not for sale right now.

Bakeshop Collection (membership): Members receive exclusive and early access to premium recipes, technique posts, and guides. Not all member content will be available here à la carte, and items that appear here may not remain permanently.
À la carte from the Collection: When a Collection recipe is offered individually, it will be clearly noted on the product page. This does not imply ongoing or permanent availability.

Proprietary Recipes & Bundles: Development work created for my business and for real commercial kitchens. When a client did not purchase exclusivity, I may offer that work here. Bundles are themed sets at a better value.
Gluten-Free Proprietary Recipes: Specialty GF recipes developed for professional use. These are not part of the Bakeshop Collection.
Digital Gift Cards: Send credit to a friend or team member for future Market purchases.

Refunds and credits

All digital purchases are final sale. If you later join the Bakeshop Collection, prior à la carte purchases are not refunded or credited toward membership.

Usage & intellectual property

All files, recipes, and written materials are exclusive and proprietary to Carter’s Bakeshop. By purchasing, you receive a non-transferable license to use the content in your own kitchen or business for production and menu use. You may not share, post, publish, resell, redistribute, or otherwise disclose the files or their contents, in whole or in part, online or offline. Unauthorized distribution or publication will result in legal action and potential account termination.
